Lumpectomy

Sorry to hear your diagnosis, and that you are having pain and discomfort.  All I can suggest is take regular painkillers and maybe get a small heart shaped pillow.  This helps a lot at night to support your breast.  I was diagnosed the same as you and had my lumpectomy 3 weeks ago.  I found a sports bra too restrictive, especially at night.  So I bought 2 pre-op front opening bras from Asda, found them easier to wear all the time.  Was pleased though, when I could stop wearing them at night.  Wishing you all the best for your op.  Take care x
