Hi LINDS12 , lovely messages already, just wanted to add a friend’s story. She’s one of my ‘hormonally deranged’ group, met them when having ear acupuncture for the hot flushes that come courtesy of the hormone zappers. I’m on Anastrozole but my friends are on tamoxifen. One of them thought she was done with periods even before going on the tamoxifen, but had a really heavy one out of the blue. Went to the doctor in a panic, had scans and some other investigations, all turned out to be fine. Just ‘one of those things’ apparently. 
So definitely get it investigated but try not to assume that anything sinister is going on, it seems that this can happen even several years into hormone treatment. Love and hugs, HFxx
