Think advice is 6 months? Certainly minimum 3. My hair is coming back grey too but actually people are saying it suits me so I might not colour. 

I did mine after 4 months, the hairdresser used a semi permanent as it’s kinder to the hair, and I had no issues at all with hair or scalp x

Cancer Hair care are also good with advice.  I have let my hair stay grey for now.  It also grew back curly and still has a wave.  My treatment ended last November. A very individual decision. I wanted more length before making a decision.
