I had delayed reconstruction on the 15/08/2023 everything was fine and I was probably doing a bit more than I should then all of a sudden sharp pain in the middle of my chest like a ripping sensation. Day 2 after this has happened the pain is still there if I move in a certain way have I broken internal stitches. I’m worried I have messed up my new boobs
Hopefully it’s a pulled muscle 
I was given a plastics number after my reconstruction, if I were you I’d call them, they’ll see you quickly in my experience and put your mind at rest or help. If they didn’t give you an emergency number call your consultants secretary. All the best x
