Spent ages this morning looking in bathroom mirror at my chest! Overnight a large blemish seemed to have appeared on the opposite breast to masectomy. Only after changing my angle of view did I realise it was dirt on the mirror!! DoH!

Sending bottle of white vinegar and a newspaper. That should provide the fastest breast surgery on record!
