Lumpectomy. Radiation...20 rounds. On letrozole. Major joint pain and calf pain. Awful fatigue. Lots of problems sleeping. I've been on Letrozole for 4 months. Anybody else having trouble with this medicine?

I was on Anastrozole, rather than Letrozole, but the coatings of the tablets make a huge difference. If you are really struggling with this tablet, try asking for a different brand. When I was on Anastrozole, I had Accord brand and was fine on it, I was then given a different brand - Consilient - and had exactly the same side effects as you. I switched back to Accord and was fine. When I struggled to get Accord, I googled the brands for their coatings' contents and although they are tiny, the difference can be major.
If you look at this link (above) you can see the brands - clearly you'll NOT offered the ones that cost loads, but if you look at similarly priced ones then you can Google their coatings and see if the different brand makes a difference to your symptoms. I do hope it does.
