Take it easy, follow the instructions, it really can give you indigestion! But it’s slightly helped my osteoporosis and prevented it worsening. (That was diagnosed pre-bc. I’m continuing on it for a few more years and trying not to fall!) Do keep up with weight bearing exercise too.
