Hi
I had surgery nearly 2 weeks ago. From day 5 I've had this red rash with spots that are raised and oozing. I had quite severe itch from day 2. Was given antibiotics at my request on day 5 which was for 5 days and has been completed but the oozing rash and itch is still ongoing. The BCN and a doctor thought it might be a reaction to the different dressing I was given on day 5.
I'm not sure as a I felt the itch internally from day 2. My whole breast looks really bad , very red and clearly something going on.
I'm not on any medication yet and haven't had results of the op yet..
Just wondering is this normal.
