Hi all. I had a lumpectomy and lymph node removal followed by radiotherapy almost two years ago. Am on letrozole now. For the past couple of days out of the blue the same breast has been sort of aching. It’s not painful but I’ve got a definite ache. I’m trying not to panic. Any ideas on what could be going on?
