Is there no 24 hr helpline talk?

I am sorry you find yourself here - I don't think there is a 24 hour helpline - sad, I think this is why the 'AWAKE' thread is so popular because its normally during the nighttime hours our minds wonder and any support of reassurance is needed.

The only 24 hours line I can think of would be Samaritans - however, would they understand the need to speak.

If you need to talk feel free to message me - I am more than willing to listen and chat with you.

Hi RoisinO welcome to the forum and whilst Macmillan don't have that facility available, the Samaratins do and can be easily contacted 24 hours per day.
