I went away 2 weeks after finishing my chemo and to be honest I used my usual 15SPF even on where I had radiotherapy and was fine  I think once the entry point of the PIC line has heeled you should be ok to swim (This is what I was told).

It is a lovely feeling having your arm back!

1. No specific suncream. Am I right thinking you havnt had radio yet? If have just be extra cautious of that area I am using 50 on chest/ ex boob. Piz Bunn was on offer in my local home bargains last week for about a fiver. 

2. I finished chemo on 13/12 and went hol 27/12 my oncologist advised me not to swim either pool or sea as even tho Picc healed the immune system won’t have recovered and pools esp hot tubs breading ground. As to when you can all I know is she had said I was okay for my hol at end of feb. 

I’ve been on holiday after each stage of treatment chemo, mastectomy , radio (my little rewards) so any questions and will try my best. 

Thought as much re pool. Won't take swimmers then. Thanks
