There is a separate group for travel insurance/advice which has experiences/companies which should help.

Hi Tina Fitz
So sorry to hear your breast cancer is terminal. I've put the link to the travel insurance group. No-one from Macmillan can recommend a company as insurance is a regulated product, but you may find other users of the site have put some useful travel insurance companies there for you. It will obviously be expensive, given your diagnosis, but a lovely idea for you and your husband to have a wonderful cruise together this coming Christmas! I do hope you can get cover and can go on it and have a wonderful, pain free holiday.
Kindest wishes, Lesley
