Likelihood of spread to bone?

Hi Diddy49 , I haven’t had your experience but wanted to pop in just to say welcome and send a quick hug. Hopefully someone with a more similar case will come in at some point. I wonder also if it’s worth posting in the ‘Ask a nurse’ section? It’s clearly giving you a lot of worry, I think we all go straight to cancer spread/ recurrence with any aches and pains.  
Re how much chance of spread at this point…. I’m not medically qualified in any field but this is my thinking from the information I’ve come across since my own diagnosis (on my profile if you want to look, basically hormone positive cancer) - my understanding of triple negative breast cancer is that if you get to the 5 year clear stage then it’s unlikely to come back. But I don’t know hard facts and figures. 
My other thought is to contact your GP and ask to be sent for a scan/ x-Ray? But maybe you’ve done that already.
