Hi 2nd time round
I use sew in bra pockets for prosthetics available from Amazon and also Nicola Jane online . I just buy a bra that I like and fits well and loosely sew in the pocket . I’m a large g cup but they still work for me . They’re reasonably cheap especially if you look out for sales once you are comfortable with size you ordering . I usually order a size bigger as can easily alter .

hope this helps
Just seen this post and Northerner's reply re being able to buy ready made pockets which I didn't know. Our hospital offer a free service putting pockets in if you prefer to buy or use up standard bras. I 'm used to sewing so made my own - ordered single cotton jersey online, washed first and cut out approx shape for cup, then pinned and sewed to cup (with prosthesis inside to get fit right) leaving suitable gap at side to get prosthesis in and out when folded in half. I felt much more "me" in my familiar style bras and every little helps.
