I’m really struggling with my bra strap resting on my drain around the ribs, it pinches constantly and is really uncomfortable - I’ve had to be without a bra for a few days due to an open wound on my expander port but now the prison bra has to go back on, Jesus it’s a pain - any tips? X

This is a post op bra but the elastic just sits right on it 
I’m tall and long bodied so that probably doesn’t help
