Tamoxifen

Hi there! If you call up both those drugs in the search box above there are people who have made comments about both.  I’m due to start Letrozole too and both scare me for the after effects…I wish you well xxx

Totally agree i have been on tamoxifen since Jan and have hot flushes but aside from that  ok ,some ladies have a bad time with it, only time will tell , kind regards 

Hi - I am post surgery nearly 10 months snd have been on both anastrozole and tamoxifen. I took anastrozole for 7 months and ended up feeling like a 90 year old I’m 58! They changed me 6 weeks ago to tamoxifen and I have just stopped as it was drying my eyes out so I was unable to cope with computers at work and I was a messed up emotional state after just 6 weeks snd I was only taking 10mg. I’m now waiting for an appointment with oncology for other options. 
I honestly think one is as bad as the other, it’s the case of what side effects you can cope with. It’s a crap situation and there is no guarantee even taking the meds that it won’t return. 
im half thinking about stopping altogether.. the cancer is not nice but the meds are just awful and toxic!! 
Would be interested to know what you decide. 

Tamoxifen causes a lot less joint pain xx

Ask to try letrozole accord brand rotten side effects but bearable xx
