I’ve always been very active, doing work outs 3-5 times a week so finding it so difficult now I can’t hardly do anything due to having a PICC line. The only advice I’ve been given is don’t exercise unless it’s walking or gentle yoga but lots of things on line (mainly American) suggest there are other things I can do.
has anyone got any advice or guidance at all? I’m wfh too so hardly leaving the house and need to do something for my own mental health!

I think that’s my issue, I don’t use the main gym, I go to classes so have no idea what to do when I can’t do that!
