Hello all,
I have just had my second round of chemo and lost all my hair, which I am ok with. I have a lovely wig but, having worn it twice, I feel anxious that it will move and look a bit ridiculous. I have heard of the bamboo caps for going under the wig, and wondered whether any body had tried it and whether you would recommend it.
I also would be grateful for any recommendations for wig shampoo and hair sprays that won’t damage the wig.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
I found the caps made it all too hot. You can buy wig tape - double sided tape - to secure it when windy. There is specialised wig shampoo, I don’t know about sprays.

Look at wig grips on Amazon. I’ve o my gad mine a few days but I think it feels more stable - the first time I did it up too tight and got a headache though.
Hiya is it a real hair wig? I got all my products from the shop that sold it to me but you can look online. It is the Insight Professional range.
Hi, thanks for your response, it’s a synthetic wig, I think I might go back to the hair loss hairdresser who I saw at the beginning.
