Hi had wide excision and sentile node biopsy been doing really well until today bit more pain feel really down don’t know if it’s because I’ve had my husband at home for over a week looking after me and now he’s gone back to work I’ve been panicking I have one achy leg but it’s not hot or different colour think I’ve maybe done a bit too much today sorry for the moan

Hi Nonitodi welcome to the forum and sorry to hear how sore that you are feeling. It is early days yet for you and I would expect you to still have pain which can last for up to 4 weeks and sometimes more so keep taking those painkillers and they should take the edge of things for you.

It is ok to worry as well when you get other aches and pains, it is par for the course after what has happened for you and what you have been through and whilst it feels very real is often not what we build it up to be if that makes sense?
