Kadcyla treatment

I was put on Kadcyla for 14 rounds, as every person reacts to chemo differently I will tell you how I got on.

For me Kadcyla was a breeze compared to my chemo, the only symptoms I had was a bit of tiredness after the infusion and a bit of a cough .

I did have to stop after my 12th round as according to my blood tests it was affecting my liver function, but as I had already had 2 herceptin jabs ot was OK.

Also because my infusion was on a Friday the weekend was enough for me to recover and I was back in work full-time.
