Hi everyone, I've been referred to the breast clinic. So the waiting is getting to me. I have now developed this anxiety around taking my bra off or on so mornings and night times are distressing. Did anyone else get this and any advice? x
Hi Mary; I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with this - waiting for appointments is truly hard. I didn't have your problem, but would it halve the distress if you slept in your bra so only had the morning to deal with? Hopefully someone else may be able to suggest something better.
Best wishes,
Hi Mary. The waiting is by far the worst time. You should be seen quickly so hope it isn’t anything serious.

Hi Mark. Anxiety causing issues doing everyday things is quite normal reaction. Once you've been seen at clinic your anxiety will lessen x
