Hi everyone
I have been cancer free for 1 year and I am so grateful and feel so lucky.
I feel I now need to speak to people who have been through the same as me because I am struggling to move in with some things and I feel the only people who can advise and help me is someone who’s also been through it.
Can anyone tell me if there are any support groups meeting face to face at the moment. I’ve had counselling via zoom which did help me but I wanna sit with people and get advice from others
Wishing everyone well
Wendy x
Hi Red robin101
Great news that you've been cancer free for a year
I guess it depends where you live whether there are any support groups near you. Here's a link from Macmillan with the 'in your area search' which hopefully will bring one up for where you are in the country.
Best Wishes, Lesley
Many thanks for your reply
whereabouts are you based?

Hi Wendy, I can remember how that feels, it is a common problem. I did a couple od moving forward on-line courses and one in particular helped me a lot run by Cancer Support UK: Supporting People with Cancer, During and After Treatment, Breast Cancer Care also run them. Hope that helps, love from Ann
