Hi I have breast cancer that has spread to my lungs. I have had surgery to remove a tumour and Lymph nodes. After a Pet scan I was referred to an Oncologist so I can have Chemo . This was on the 16th of August. I have been told I still have to wait another 2-3 weeks. I have complained to PALS 3 times but this is still the outcome. My worry is the cancer is spreading whilst I am waiting. Does anyone have any experience of this? Any advice on anything else I can do to speed things up?
