Medicinal mushrooms

Hi . Has anyone tried medicinal mushrooms? They were suggested as possibly being helpful by a therapist who im seeing for acupuncture. They are supposed to help with immunity and are antiflammatory and have been used by cancer patients in addition to medicines. I haven't tried them yet .

Hi, I haven't tried any sort of natural or homeopathic treatment and maybe it's a good idea to chat to your medical team before you do, just in case it interferes with your treatment. Best wishes
