Hi, I am new on here and have been taking Tamoxifen for a year and a half. I have recently developed lower back pain and general aches and pains in my legs. I also get pins and needles in my arms and legs. Also itchy skin and headaches. I wonder if anyone else has had similar side effects?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry you are experiencing these symptoms. Yes, tamoxifen can cause side effects due to the fact that it is reducing the oestrogen in your body. However, the pins and needles and itchiness is not something I've heard of. I think it would be a very good idea for you to either speak to your doctor or your oncologist. It could be a nerve problem and not entirely related to your tablets. Either way, even if it is to do with the tablets, I do think it would be a good idea to get professional advice.
