Hello. I have a question about steroids. I am waiting for a finalised treatment plan after my last two scans and a second biopsy. I have been told I will need chemo before an operation as the known tumor is too large to remove with enough healthy skin to close the wound. I am really worrying about steroid use, I had them years ago and they didn’t agree with me. Are they a must with chemo or are there options. I know I can discuss with my specialist but I am in France and although I speak French, the language differences can cause misunderstandings when under stress. I just wondered if anyone here has any insight into alternatives so I can prepare in advance. Thank you. I hope everyone is keeping well, or as well as it possible when dealing with this. Xx
