Didn’t have same symptoms but referred in 2 weeks. No use telling you not to worry but whoever you see will be kind, professional and will have seen and heard it all before - so trust them to care for you. I hope it’s nothing to worry about. X
Please try and give yourself lots to do and think about in the meantime, the waiting (and most likely in your mind, giving yourself the worst possible scenario!) is truly the worst of all this process. They need to be certain of your diagnosis so they can decide on exactly the correct course of action. The only thing for you to do is to have faith in your team and try not to worry overmuch.

I was referred under the 2 week rule, and I suppose the faster they see you the sooner you will find out. I am still in that waiting period however, the docs have told me it is cancer but no conclusive biopsy results, having them redone tomorrow. The waiting is awful but you will find away to get through it, it won’t be easy but you will do it. Fingers crossed you receive good news.
Hi, sorry to hear what you're going through. I mentioned a change in rt breast at a routine mammogram and within 2 weeks had been seen at breast clinic, biopsy taken & told more than likely bc. Am hing lumpectomy & sentinel node removal today & can honetly say I'm bricking it!! Still better than the alternative & have to put trust in the system & experts. Keeping busy helps & I put bc in a vi
ual box that I take out when convenient have a cry then pull myself together put it back in it's box & get on with living. Life will change but bc will not take over my life. Stay strong & good luck
Good luck for today- don’t worry about the op. I had a mastectomy and node clearance 3 weeks ago - was fine , soon home. Going for my results today .
love your attitude- bestest for today.
xx
Thanks, big girl pants on waiting to go!
