I started this treatment on 125mgs Palbocyclib, then due to low bloods was reduced to 100mgs after 5 months. Unfortunately still having low blood counts so now reduced to 75mgs and still low bloods after first month reduction. I find it worrying as not sure what happens if this dose fails as it is the lowest issued. How are other patients on this treatment getting on? I would be grateful for some feed back.
