My friend who has just finished her chemo has been experiencing neuropathy. Can anyone suggest a good foot roller or similar to help her sometimes numbness and pains in her feet? Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Your friend should also discuss the problem with a doctor. I was referred to a neurologist who took blood tests that revealed vitamin deficiencies. This is very common with neuropathy.....it's a chicken and egg conundrum as to which causes which....but I take regular doses as B12, B1, and B6 which have helped with some of the burning/ numbness. If the damage is permanent unfortunately nothing can correct it but most neuropathy will disappear after a few months.
I had bad neuropathy in my feet and on bloods discovered I had a folic acid deficiency, 2 months of tablets later no neuropathy! Maybe worth getting a blood test
