I didn't have this, but I am replying to your post in case there is another lady around at this point who may have had this.  Mine was 5 years ago and I expect things have changed since then, so I don't know if it's unusual or not.

I'm sorry, I don't have an answer for you, but I'm interested in any replies you get. I'm about to start radiotherapy, but chemo caused inflammation in my lungs, so they're going to scan them before the treatment starts so see if they're okay again. Are they looking for any damage, or have you had difficulties after your radiotherapy?
