Hi everyone just wondering how some of u have managed to cope after lymph node removal . I had mine removed almost 3 weeks ago I’m finding my arm stiff like a cord pulling it and a freeze feeling I’m dong the exercises physio gave me ,some days are better than others my surgeon told me it might never return to normal just wondering how it’s been for others . I know it’s early days
i had a bi lateral masectomy with full lymph node clearance on one side and sentinel node on the other , it has been 10 days for me I have exactly the same feeling as you on my right hand side very very tight feeling . 10 of my nodes were positive out of 11 .
Hi I am 6 months in and still having freeze days. Believe it or not i use a 6" paint roller to spread tight feeling, seems to work too. Arm is not to bad with a bit of pain relief ,but everybody is different. Kind regards
