Lumpectomy

If concerned best advice ask BC nurse in case of infection 

Hi Julie  I had my surgery in April and I still feeling uncomfortable and I’ve been told by my breast care nurse that it’s normal.  Some days are better than others, it’s slow progress but it is progress. The swelling comes when I over do it, I’m drinking tons of water and resting up watching the tennis.

Thank you for your reply...suppose I have done more yesterday...so perhaps as you say...that's when swelling comes on ..Are you back driving now  ? Julie 

You have probably done too much,try not to!Its only been a week since your surgery so go easy on yourself.It’s been 3 weeks since my lumpectomy and the swelling is just starting to go down.
