Hi - I am just coming into my 3rd week
post radiotherapy and have suddenly developed pain in the shoulder blade of the area that was treated. Just wondered if this is a normal side effect and if so how long it might last?
Thank you Aly
I did get shoulder blade pain from the radiation exit. It gradually passed over time. It takes about 8 weeks from the last session for things to settle. Mine only lasted a short while, but I do have an ache in my arm and sometimes in my shoulder. I think its due to neuropathy from the arm pit and supraclavicular radiation
