Everyone responds differently to RT and those of us with bigger boobs can suffer more. The hot weather won’t be helping. Put whatever cream you are using in the fridge so it is nice and cooling when you put it on.Try and stay out of the heat and drink lots of fluids. Hopefully your reaction will subside over the weekend.
If you are still sore on Monday mention it to your team so they can advise you
