Hi I’m new and not brilliant at technology but here goes, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and had my first two doses of chemotherapy on Tuesday, I’m feeling ok thankfully but have only had one correct temperature in last two days, I’ve been given a treatment record book that I’m not sure what to do with. I also don’t want to waste nurses time by ringing them. It’s my fault I didn’t know my temp was too low as I’ve not read information I’ve been so busy trying to make sure all my family have everything they need shopping etc and pushed my stuff to back of mind, sorry if this comes across as mush mash I just don’t know where to start now to get myself on track
That is wee bit low. I too had spells of low temperature and red face with treatment and didn’t feel unwell. If I had I would have phoned the helpline but I was just careful I checked it routinely when it happened. I was ok and nothing came of it. I will say if it’s low to their expectations and you feel chilled or shivery then certainly phone them . I used an ear thermometer
