Hi Mich1972
I'm sorry to read you're going through this too. I was diagnosed with breast and positive lymph nodes 13/4. I've had CT scan of chest, stomach and pelvis, bone scan showing abnormality, then x Ray and had mri on Tuesday. Still waiting on results of mri. Never been advised what x Ray showd or didn't show. I had pre op assessment on Tuesday as well and I'm getting op with full node clearance on Monday. That will be almost 8 weeks later. This waiting and worry over scans etc and worrying about further spread is like mental torture.
I hope you get good news from your scan. Is it possible you've had a previous injury to your shoulder? I'm sure read on here that sometimes other things show on scans and they need to check.
Good Luck with everything. You aren't alone.
Stripey x
Hi Mich, I have everything crossed for you. I am also waiting o. MRI results. I sometimes think that the waiting will KILL me if the cancer doesn't! It's agony isn't it. Hang in there though. I figure that all the scans etc at least show the medical team are taking things very seriously and absolutely doing their best. Hugs x
