I had a lumpectomy Sept 2020 and all nodes on left side removed. I do have lymphedema in this arm. Recently I’ve been getting odd pains ( a bit like nerve pain ) and discomfort on right side. It seems very weird that I’m getting discomfort on the opposite side , feels like it’s coming out in sympathy !
has anyone else had this ? Is it normal or should I get it checked out ?
thanks
Pain on the opposite side of the body can happen sometimes, but I would have it checked just to be sure all is ok. Your peace of mind is valuable, and if there is anything there that needs attention then better now than later even if that "something" has nothing to do with cancer.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
