Grades are how aggressive it is, with grade 1 the least changed cells and grade 3 the most changed cells - or most aggressive.
ER is how much it is oestrogen receptive. The scale is 0 - 8. Yours is not at all receptive to oestrogen.
PR is same with progesterone - yours is 3 out of 8 on the scale.
HER2 is human epidermal growth factor receptor 2. A score of 3+ means the cancer is positive for this .
So, you have a progesterone and HER2 positive cancer. Your treatment will target these.
