Hope someone can help me !

I started on anastrozole about 3 weeks ago and have had the expected mild nausea and headache with some fatigue however I seem to have a lot of bloating in my stomach- no pain and not gassy ( I have irritable bowel syndrome but it's not that) is this anything to do with the drugs? I'm eating well trying to drop a few pounds but nothing major not drinking alcohol so a bit concerned about the 9 months pregnant look tbh !

I just saw a post on another thread where women were saying they get the same gassy symptoms as you on anastrazole x

Theres a huge thread on oestrogen reducing medications and you will probably find a lot of support there.

I am on exemestane and after experiencing bloating and feeling a bit yukky I looked up the side effects and gastrointestinal issues are one of them.

I think all these hormone blocking therapies can cause issues, lowered oestrogen mucks up your gut flora.

I regularly drink Kefir and now take a probiotics supplement too.

I have also started taking my tablet with food which has helped.
