I'm taking Letrozole too and my joints have been painful but I haven't been experiencing any menopause symptoms/hot flushes yet. Hopefully someone who has will be along soon with some tips/advice for you, and you might also find some helpful tips in the 'oestrogen reducing medications' thread x :
