HI, I had a therapeutic mammoplasty in December 2021. Surgery went well, no would problems, followed by 5 x RT in March. I have just had to stop anastrozole due to nightime incontinence - they don't tell you about that one. Waiting now for an alternative. My question is how long are people waiting for the second surgery to "level up" the other breast? I know it is not urgent, there is no cancer in my other breast but I feel I won't be able to move on until this has been done. I think waiting list are huge and have been told it could be years!
I also had a therapeutic mammoplasty - early August 2021 - still waiting to get the other side done. It's looking like July at the moment, but of course they can't promise that.
Sorry to hear about your reaction to Anastrozole - apart from tiredness and general acceleration of ageing, I think I've probably been lucky with it so far (I'm on Accord brand).
