Has anyone else felt they have brain fog after breast cancer treatment? I did not have chemotherapy, only radiation. I have just started Tamoxifen a few days ago, so it cannot be that as yet. I would love to hear from you! x
It's a phenomenon that is normally associated with cheno, but that does not mean it cannot happen as a result of other things. I would urge you to mention this to your nurse so she can tell the oncologist, and especially as you have just started on a new medication. This of course may well have nothing to do with the Tamoxifen, but it's best to give the team all the data so that they can cover all possibiliities, however remote. If the team says this has nothing to do with cancer treatment, I would ask what they think it might be, and what you should do to have it investigated and figured out.
