Hi all, I've just finished docetaxel chemo 4 weeks ago and I've developed fluid retention round my eyes and my face looks slightly puffy too, I'm also getting red blotches on my cheeks and my skin feeling slightly numb too. Rang my gp and he prescribed me strong antihistamine and eye drops which are not really working for my puffiness on my eyes. I'm starting to think that has the chemo effected nerves in my face. I'm also getting slight puffiness round ankles so I'm thinking that's to do with neuropathy that I'm getting in my feet. I've been raising my legs up during day and drinking plenty fluids but still not helping. Any suggestions or has anybody suffered similar effects weeks after chemo. Thank you in advance xx
