Lymphodemia

I started with this too after my radiotherapy around Oct/nov time. Puffy armpit was the start. I referred myself to the physio at breast unit and was seen a few times. I have a compression sleeve I wear on alternate days. I get a hard bottom of boob by end of day. I'm also on day 2 of wearing an underwired bra after months of soft ones. They just don't give me the support as am quite large cupped for my frame. There are videos on my hosp site which I have done. See www.yoursurgeryandrehab.co.uk 

I just keep rubbing it at night. She did try tape at first - it was stuck on my back and then round side like a half spider with about 6 legs. It was ok to start with but didn't do much for me. You may need help sticking it on. I've kind of just been left to get on with it. I usually wear bra in day then by 4pm it has to come off for supportive vest top. They haven't actually confirmed its lymphoedema or not. Just feel uncomfy some days x
