Hi I'm taking Letrozole and get hot flushes. Anyone else got that problem too? I sweat everywhere and I mean everywhere under my armpits, my back, head , neck and especially between my legs. Its annoying and I always feel dirty. One off the nurses suggested to get a handfan which I have bought and wouldn't go without anymore.
Can i ask which time are you ladies taking the letrozole ? I'm taking mine in the morning but in the evening and through the night I'm in for it. Funnily enough the hot flushes doesn't bother me as much during the day time. How is it for you ?

Tbh my oncologist said something about it too, he said I should try to take em earlier as I have done. But now i will try to take em later and see how I'll get on with it.
I'm dreading the summertime when the temperatures goes up.
The worst part I find is that in one minute you want to throw all the clothes off you and the next minute you wanna wrap up like an eskimo.
