Hi everyone
I was just wondering how some of you might have got on with mastectomy and reconstruction. I have had 5 of my 6 rounds of chemo ,thankfully they are happy with my progress but I still have some of the tumor left I’m told I will need a full mastectomy which I’m fine with (if I can just get rid of this ) I also need radiotherapy after , I had really hoped that I could have reconstruction surgery on the same day but my team do not seem very keen . I just like to know what others have experienced and how it worked for them . Am I expecting too much . Looking forward to hearing for you all
