Waiting on surgery

Hi. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis.  I think it's normal to feel angry. I'm still angry 6 months into treatment, feels unfair, but then again it is very common 1 in 7 women I believe.

Hi, I’m sorry you’ve found yourself here . I don’t blame you for being angry , especially having had skin cancer too

I get bloody furious about it all at times too , how dare this disease come into our lives and cause all that it does

Hi, I am the same as you, but the other way round!  Breast cancer in 2012 - lumpectomy, mastectomy and rads, melanoma in 2019 and basal cell carcinoma last year.  I think we have every right to feel angry with our bodies, but at the same time make sure it does not take over our lives.  Good luck with your surgery x

We have to KICK ITS A….! I wholeheartedly agree that C has no right to blight our lives like this. I laughed when GP receptionist said “we have no appointments till just after Christmas. Is it urgent?” I said “I’ve just found a small lump in LB”! She said “Come in this afternoon”! And yet, I was already Stage 3 w/o realising. I’m glad for you MrsCrochet that your a small stage 2 xxx

Hiya I've only just learnt the stages ..I do hope u are sorted soon ..I had 2 week wait for hosp appt...and mammograms and biospy the same day with operation date set ..hope your appt was quick x

You’ll want a season ticket (or v good friend) for the hospital car park! It’s lots of appointments BUT God Bless the NHS..Without them I dread to think where we would be xx
