I am currently on TDM1 and due to finish in June. I’m also taking letrozole since last august. I’ve been blaming my muscle/joint pain on the letrozole but realise it could also be the TDM1 or both together. Anyway I spoke to GP last week and he’s started me on a new ish anti inflammatory tablet called Etoricoxib 30mg. The pain at night turning in bed and first thing in the morning has improved so much. I still have stiff fingers first thing but I can definitely feel my aches have lessened.
If you are suffering it’s worth asking your doctor about this drug
Best wishes
