Hi , does anyone know how many weeks after seeing consultant do you get a appointment to see Oncologist? . Also do you have chemotherapy on first appointment.
Hello Poodle. I saw consultant and oncologist on same day then chemo appointment was sent to me 3 days later telling me my first chemo will be in 2 weeks time. However. It may all depend on your stage? I’m at Stage 3 with a 7.5cm mass so ‘maybe’ there was some urgency, I really don’t know.. it may vary from area to area??
