Panicking

Who rung you ?  Is surgery still going ahead ?  Lots of ladies have had "things" flagged up on ct scan that wasn't sinister but I'm sure they will understand your anxiety

Ive had similar in that I’ve had an Mri last week because of things they spotted in my liver on CT

BC nurse phoned me, I only had my meeting last Monday when this wasn't mentioned and surgery agreed for the 30th, so freaked me out a bit

Yes they saw a cyst on my ovaries and I had another scan yesterday and that looked OK, but thos call came out of the blue this afternoon, no date given for my MRI  I had one just on my boobs a few weeks ago

So you had a meeting after the CT when they spotted the ovarian cyst but are only just mentioning the chest wall part now ?

Or did they not have all the results back at your meeting ? 
I don’t think they realise ( or maybe they can’t stop to think about ) the anxiety this can cause especially when you only get little bits of info 

hope you can get the mri asap , have they said your surgery will still go ahead ? 
It might be something and nothing but they’ve got to dot the I’s and cross the T’s type thing

Thank you, yes the stress these calls makes is absolutely crazy, I know they are busy and need to let us know but it's just so stressful.

The nurse said it was still going ahead and the MRI may be after it now, as I am having to self isolate tomorrow for 2 weeks!!

I just want it done now so I know what I am dealing with but I suppose the breast and lymph nodes need to come out either way!!
